TL;DR: The incidence of urinary – sexual dysfunction in multiple sclerosis affects all aspects of life, so the evaluation of patients should focus more on these disorders and provide context for the implementation of rehabilitation programs for patients.

Devic syndrome: can antiphospholipid antibodies be a factor?
TL;DR: This is the first report of Devic syndrome and isolated antiphospholipid positivity and did not find any clinical or laboratory clues in favor of other autoimmune diseases, underlying malignancies, new vaccination, other medications, infections, arterial and venous thrombosis, and pregnancy or fetal loss.

Effectiveness and side effects of dimethyl fumarate in multiple sclerosis after 12 months of follow up: An Iranian clinical trial

TL;DR: This study showed that HTLV-I viral replication and the other investigated viral transmissions do not occur in plasma; therefore, the IVIG products are safe.

TL;DR: Frequency rate of MS is less than half in Southern province compared to Razavi province of Khorasan, and HTLVI infection is 10 times more frequent in female population of Razavi compared to Southern province.
