Turn-on chemiluminescence probes and dual-amplification of signal for detection of amyloid beta species in vivo.
Jing Yang,Wei Yin,Richard Van,Keyi Yin,Peng Wang,Chao Zheng,Biyue Zhu,Kathleen Ran,Can Zhang,Mohanraja Kumar,Yihan Shao,Chongzhao Ran +11 more
TL;DR: The authors develop turn-on chemiluminescent probes that bind amyloid beta plaques in vivo, and amplify the signal via chemILuminescence resonance energy transfer to the plaque-binding fluorescent molecule CRANAD-3.
Half-curcumin analogues as PET imaging probes for amyloid beta species
Jian Yang,Ran Cheng,Hualong Fu,Jing Yang,Jing Yang,Mohanraja Kumar,Jie Lu,Yungen Xu,Steven H. Liang,Mengchao Cui,Chongzhao Ran +10 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that half-curcuminoid could be a better scaffold for PET tracer development and PET imaging results indicated that 14 month and 5 month old APP/PS1 AD mice had higher signals in the brain than age-matched wild type mice.
