Effect of Oat Bran on the Quality of Enriched High Fiber Biscuits
TL;DR: In this article, an enriched high fiber biscuit was made by substituting refined wheat flour with oat bran at level of 10%, 20% and 30% and the sensory characteristics (Appearance, texture, taste and color), physical properties (Width, thickness and spread ratio) and particle size distribution were evaluated and compared with control sample.

TL;DR: The overall 50 results suggest that the extracts had no toxicity at standard concentrations, but toxic at high dose above 2 mg, and the extract had LD of 16.21mg/ml against brine shrimp larvae.
