Modelization of Blood-Borne Hypercoagulability in Myeloma: A Tissue-Factor-Bearing Microparticle-Driven Process
Loula Papageorgiou,Kutaiba Alhaj Hussen,S. Thouroude,Elisabeth Mbemba,Héléne Cost,Laurent Garderet,Ismail Elalamy,Annette K. Larsen,Patrick Van Dreden,Meletios A. Dimopoulos,Mohamad Mohty,Grigoris T. Gerotziafas +11 more

TL;DR: MPCs indirectly induce blood-borne hypercoagulability through the release of MPC-dMPs rich in TF, which could be the resultant of MPs rich in tissue factor.
Feasibility and Outcomes of a Third Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation: A Retrospective Analysis from the Acute Leukemia Working Party of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation.
Andreas Rank,Christophe Peczynski,M. Labopin,Matthias Stelljes,Célestine Simand,Grzegorz Helbig,Jürgen Finke,Stella Santarone,Johanna Tischer,Andrzej Lange,Martin Mistrik,Mohamed Houhou,C. Schmid,Arnon Nagler,Mohamad Mohty +14 more

TL;DR: Results after a third alloSCT are poor, limiting this procedure to few, highly selected patients, and recurrent relapses of acute leukemia after alloS CT remain an unmet therapeutic need.

An update on the molecular pathogenesis and potential therapeutic targeting of AML with t(8;21)(q22;q22.1);RUNX1-RUNX1T1.
TL;DR: A better understanding of the concurrent mutations, activated pathways, and epigenetic modulation of the cellular processes paves the way for exploring a number of approaches to achieve cure of acute myeloid leukemia.
Outbreak of OXA-48-producing Enterobacterales in a haematological ward associated with an uncommon environmental reservoir, France, 2016 to 2019
Sarah Jolivet,Jeanne Couturier,Xavier Vuillemin,Cyril Gouot,Didier Nesa,Marine Adam,Eolia Brissot,Mohamad Mohty,Rémy A. Bonnin,Laurent Dortet,Frédéric Barbut +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated a persistent outbreak of OXA-48 CPE (primarily Citrobacter freundii) in a haematological ward of a French teaching hospital by epidemiological, microbiological and environmental methods.
