PLGA-Based Nanomedicine: History of Advancement and Development in Clinical Applications of Multiple Diseases
Hashem O. Alsaab,Fatima D. Alharbi,Alanoud S. Alhibs,Nouf B. Alanazi,Bayan Y. Alshehri,Marwa A. Saleh,Fahad S. Alshehri,Majed A. Algarni,Turki Almugaiteeb,MN Uddin,Rami Alzhrani +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the various manufacturing processes and characteristics that impact their breakdown and drug release are explored in depth, including preclinical and clinical applications for different diseases and the PLGA platform types and their scale-up issues.
Subunit microparticulate vaccine delivery using microneedles trigger significant SARS-spike-specific humoral and cellular responses in a preclinical murine model
S. Patil,Sharon Vijayanand,Devyani Joshi,Ipshita Menon,Keegan Braz Gomes,Akanksha Kale,Priyal Bagwe,Shadi Yacoub,MN Uddin,Martin J. D'Souza +9 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors evaluated the synergistic effect of a subunit microparticulate vaccine and microneedles (MN) assisted vaccine delivery system against a human coronavirus.

Renal function impairment in Hypothyroidism
HS Chaudhury,KK Raihan,MN Uddin,SM Ansari,M.K. Hasan,Martuza Ahmed,MZ Hoque +6 more
- 13 Jan 2013
TL;DR: Hypothyroidism is associated with dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia and impaired renal function, and patients presenting with these biochemical abnormalities are recommended to be investigated for hypothy thyroid stimulating hormone and vice versa.
Microneedle Delivery of an Adjuvanted Microparticulate Vaccine Induces High Antibody Levels in Mice Vaccinated against Coronavirus
Sharon Vijayanand,S. Patil,Devyani Joshi,Ipshita Menon,Keegan Braz Gomes,Akanksha Kale,Priyal Bagwe,Shadi Yacoub,MN Uddin,Martin J. D'Souza +9 more
TL;DR: The results indicate that the particulate form of the vaccine is more immunogenic than the antigen suspension in vitro, and the adjuvanted MP vaccine induced increased antibody levels in mice following vaccination and will further be assessed for its cell-mediated responses.
Instigation of the epoch of nanovaccines in cancer immunotherapy.
Saurabh K. Shah,Paras Famta,V. Tiwari,Arun K. Kotha,R.M. Kashikar,Mahavir B. Chougule,Young-Chul Chung,Nicole F. Steinmetz,MN Uddin,Shashi Bala Singh,Saurabh Srivastava +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , the interplay of tumor microenvironment and the immunological cascade is discussed and how they can be employed to develop nanoparticle-based cancer vaccines and immunotherapies.
