TL;DR: Alectinib showed promising response, including in brain metastases, and good tolerability in crizotinib pre-treated ALK-rearranged NSCLC patients, and these findings suggest that alect inib is a novel therapeutic option for crizotins, a first generation ALK inhibitor with drug resistance or intolerance.
