TL;DR: The method to reduce the similarity matrix size is proposed and the size of this similarity matrix is reduced so much that it is not practical to use spectral clustering for a large data set.

TL;DR: The results obtained were compared with the results obtained using word embedding constructed from the article data of newspaper for seven years and the nwjc2vec is shown to be high quality.
