Clinical significance of UGT1A1 gene polymorphisms on irinotecan-based regimens as the treatment in metastatic colorectal cancer.
Minmin Li,Zhehai Wang,Jun Guo,Jie Liu,Changzheng Li,Lin Liu,Huan Shi,Liyan Liu,Huihui Li,Chao Xie,Xia Zhang,Wenwen Sun,Shu Fang,Xiang Bi +13 more
TL;DR: For irinotecan-based regimens in metastatic colorectal cancer, the UGT1A1*28 and UGT2A2*6 locus mutations can be regarded as predictors for irinotspecan-associated severe delayed diarrhea, whereas no association between UGT 1A1 gene polymorphisms and severe neutropenia was observed.
Validation of the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center nomogram for predicting non-sentinel lymph node metastasis in sentinel lymph node-positive breast-cancer patients.
Xiang Bi,Yong-Sheng Wang,Minmin Li,Peng Chen,Zheng-bo Zhou,Yan-Bing Liu,Tong Zhao,Zhaopeng Zhang,Chunjian Wang,Xiao Sun,Peng-Fei Qiu +10 more
TL;DR: The MSKCC nomogram can provide an accurate prediction of the probability of non-SLN metastasis, and offers a reference basis about axillary lymph node dissection, and could be avoided in patients with predictive values lower than 10%.
Comparison of single-agent chemotherapy and targeted therapy to first-line treatment in patients aged 80 years and older with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer.
Qianqian Zhang,Zhehai Wang,Jun Guo,Liyan Liu,Xiao Han,Minmin Li,Shu Fang,Xiang Bi,Ning Tang,Yang Liu +9 more
TL;DR: Elderers aged 80 years and over with advanced NSCLC in group B in single-agent chemotherapy with targeted therapy in initial treatment had longer PFS and OS compared with group A, and was well tolerated in group A because of the mild adverse effects.
Correlation between EGFR mutation status and response to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Shu Fang,Zhehai Wang,Jun Guo,Jie Liu,Changzheng Li,Lin Liu,Huan Shi,Liyan Liu,Huihui Li,Chao Xie,Xia Zhang,Wenwen Sun,Minmin Li +12 more
TL;DR: The data showed that the presence of EGFR mutations meant longer survival times for patients with advanced NSCLC who received platinum-based doublet first-line chemotherapy, especially in those with the exon 19 deletion mutation.
Mechanisms of Gefitinib-mediated reversal of tamoxifen resistance in MCF-7 breast cancer cells by inducing ERα re-expression
Xia Zhang,Bin Zhang,Jie Liu,Jiwei Liu,Changzheng Li,Wei Dong,Shu Fang,Minmin Li,Bao Song,Bo Tang,Zhehai Wang,Yang Zhang +11 more
TL;DR: Gefitinib reverses TAM resistance primarily by up-regulating the ERα mRNA level and inducing the re- expression of ERα, and the MAPK pathway plays a key role in ERα re-expression.
