Chromosome Condensation 1-Like (Chc1L) Is a Novel Tumor Suppressor Involved in Development of Histiocyte-Rich Neoplasms.
David Spillane,Ding Yan Wang,Susan Newbigging,Youdong Wang,Chang-Xin Shi,Hae-Ra Cho,Hiroki Shimizu,Anthony O. Gramolini,Mingyao Liu,Xiao-Yan Wen +9 more
TL;DR: This study suggests that Chc1L is involved in suppression of these two histiocyte-rich neoplasms in mice and supports clinical data suggesting that CHC1L loss of function is an important step in the pathogenesis of cancers containing 13q14 deletion.
Epithelial Wntless is dispensable for intestinal tumorigenesis in mouse models.
Ganglong Gao,Gaigai Wei,Shijie Liu,Jiwei Chen,Zhiyang Zeng,Xinyan Zhang,Fangrui Chen,Lingang Zhuo,Wei Hsu,Dali Li,Mingyao Liu,Mingyao Liu,Xueli Zhang +12 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that epithelial Wntless was required for the growth and differentiation of small intestinal organoids but not in live animals, suggesting the other tissues, such as mesenchymal tissue, play critical role for Wnt secretion in both intestinal homeostasis as well as tumorigenesis.

Discovery of mRNA Biomarkers Predicting Donor Lung Failure
Ricardo Zamel,Tiago N. Machuca,Jonathan C. Yeung,R. Bonato,Xiao-Hui Bai,Thomas K. Waddell,Mingyao Liu,Marcelo Cypel,Shaf Keshavjee +8 more
TL;DR: It is found that extended EVLP may be a good indicator of Tx outcome and differential expression between extreme EVLP performance phenotypes indicates large transcript differences and has provided several potential mRNA biomarkers of TX lung failure or success.

Car-Studio: Learning Car Radiance Fields from Single-View and Endless In-the-wild Images
TL;DR: A radiation field of the vehicle is designed to meet the requirements of the simulator, which demands that the vehicle maintain clarity when the perspective changes and that the contour remains sharp from the background to avoid artifacts when editing.
