Qianjun Li,Ting Xu,Chuan Shao,Wenhui Gao,Mingming Wang,Yongquan Dong,Xiumin Wang,Feijie Lu,Danqing Li,Huanyu Tan,Yin Jiang,Qinge Xie,Fengbo Cai,Lijie Feng,Taoping Li +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a prospective case-control was used, including 48 subjects from Sleep Medicine Center of Nanfang Hospital, to detect fecal microbiome composition (by 16S rDNA gene amplification and sequencing) and intestinal barrier biomarkers-intestinal fatty acid-binding protein (I-FABP) and D-lactic acid (D-LA) by ELISA and colorimetry, respectively.
Nomograms to Predict Survival in Patients with Lung Squamous Cell Cancer: A Population-Based Study.
TL;DR: The nomograms satisfactorily predicted 3-, 5-, and 7-year CSS and OS rates for patients with LSCC, and had a sufficient level of discrimination, according to the C-index.

The Change of Soluble Programmed Death Ligand 1 (sPD-L1) in Plasma of Small Cell Lung Cancer and Its Clinical Significance
Feijie Lu,Yongquan Dong,Qianju Li,Mingming Wang +3 more
TL;DR: Higher peripheral sPD-L1 expression in SCLC patients than in healthy patients, and the expression levels were closely related to efficacy, suggesting the effect of s PD-L 1 in the evaluation of SclC tumors and the reflection of the tumor marker ProGRP.
Prognostic Factors in Patients with Brain Metastases of Lung Adenocarcinoma with the Surveillance Epidemiology and End Results Database
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors developed a prognostic tool for lung adenocarcinoma (LACA) patients with brain metastases based on the risk factors associated with overall survival.

Tianmeng Yang,Zhenxiao Shi,Mingming Wang,Rongjiong Zheng,Meiling Hu +4 more
- 01 Jun 2021
TL;DR: This predictive model could be conveniently used to predict the risk of OSA in the Chinese population and decision curve analysis showed that the predictive model was clinically useful.
