TL;DR: By a chemical compound, SP600125, polyploidization is induced in fish cells in vitro, and a stable autotetraploid cell line has been generated from diploid fibroblast cells of crucian carp, suggesting that combining polyploidsization and the somatic cell nuclear transfer technique (SCNT) is an efficient way to generatepolyploidy.

TL;DR: It is shown that by employing electrostatic doping method, hole-dominant region can be formed in wide bandgap semiconductors, and UV lasing has been achieved through the external injection of electrons into the hole-Dominant region, confirming the applicability of the p-type wide band gap semiconductor realized via the electro static doping method in optoelectronic devices.
