Database transaksi merupakan rekaman dari hasil transaksi yang dilakukan oleh konsumen ketika mereka membeli produk baik di toko, mall ataupun tempat lainnya. Data transaksi ini akan sangat bermanfaat ketika pemilik bisnis akan melakukan analisa terhadap transaksi yang dilakukan konsumen. Secara umum data transaksi akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik data mining seperti classification, clustering, ataupun prediction agar bisa memberikan informasi yang bernilai lebih kepada pemilik data. Analisis data transaksi akan menjadi tidak mudah jika ukuran data yang dimiliki sangat besar sehingga perlu dilakukan data pre-prosesing terlebih dahulu. Salah satu teknik data pre-prosesing untuk mengatasi ukuran database yang besar adalah dengan membagi database menjadi beberapa bagian sehingga akan mempercepat proses scanning data saat algoritma data mining diterapkan. Database bisa dipartisi menjadi beberapa bagian berdasarkan kasifikasi jenis item dari transaksi yang dilakukan oleh konsumen ataupun partisi secara otomatis dengan membagi beberapa bagian tanpa melihat item di dalamnya. Dalam penelitian ini kami akan membandingkan hasil kinerja dari kedua jenis model partisi database tersebut. Query Optimization is an important process in Relational databases. With the current load on databases increasing, the need to optimize queries in batches is a promising way out. Studies have shown that sharing among common sub-expressions can as well be beyond the optimal plans of the constituent queries. But challenges of excessively large sample space, buffer management, establishment of optimal order of optimization, and identification of disjoint queries remain in place. In this dissertation, We propose how We can efficiently establish the extent of inter-query shareability and exploit it so as to compute common sub-expressions once and share the output among the queries. We also propose the optimal order of optimization so that the sharing is done in a more cost saving and time conserving manner.

Most blind people require assistance to navigate within buildings as there is often insufficient information about the buildings available to them. To address this problem, this paper describes the “AccessBIM” model as an approach to facility management in which a digital representation of the indoor building features is used to facilitate the exchange and interoperability of real-time information in digital format which can assist blind people to independently access unfamiliar building indoor environments. This paper discusses conceptual communication model driven architecture that can be implemented for way finding and data synchronization, generating, in real-time, an AccessBIM for a remote user.
