Currarino Syndrome: lower urinary tract function, treatment plan and outcomes
TL;DR: It is concluded that patients with CS often exhibit associated neurological abnormalities and video-urodynamics assessment may help detect lower urinary tract dysfunction at an early stage and facilitate timely urological intervention to avoid kidney damage.
Spongioplasty with Buck's fascia covering dorsal inlay graft urethroplasty for primary hypospadias repair.
Ting Zhang,Xu Cao,Xiang Yan,Yunli Bi,Mingcui Fu,Hongliang Xia,Shu Dai,Qian-wei Xiong,Chao Wang,Enfu Huang,Yun Zhou +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors evaluated the short-term outcome of spongioplasty with Buck's fascia covering dorsal inlay graft urethroplasty (DIGU).

Long Non-Coding RNA CRNDE Functions as a Tumor Promoter by Modulating the ERK/MAPK Signaling Pathway in Neuroblastoma Cells.
Ting Zhang,Mingcui Fu,Weiqiang Tan,Hongliang Xia,Shu Dai,Qian-wei Xiong,Yun Zhou,Zhiheng Liu,Yi Wu,Xu Cao,Xiang Yan +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the role of CRNDE in cell proliferation, apoptosis, migration, and invasion of neuroblastoma cells was investigated using the Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay.
Stat3 inhibits WTX expression through up-regulation of microRNA-370 in Wilms tumor.
Xu Cao,Dehong Liu,Xiangming Yan,Ya Zhang,Liqun Yuan,Ting Zhang,Mingcui Fu,Yun Zhou,Jian Wang +8 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that Stat3/miR‐370/WTX regulatory axis might be a critical mechanism in Wilms tumor cells and IL‐6 treatment or transfection of a constitutively activated Stat3 in G401 cells promotes cell proliferation.
