Identification of Circular RNAs and Their Targets in Leaves of Triticum aestivum L. under Dehydration Stress.
TL;DR: A possible connection between the regulations of circRNAs with the expressions of functional genes in wheat leaves associated with dehydration resistance is revealed.
Detection of viable Salmonella in ice cream by TaqMan real-time polymerase chain reaction assay combining propidium monoazide
TL;DR: The results indicated that DNA from the dead cells remained stable in frozen ice cream for at least 20 days, and could produce fluorescence signal for real-time PCR as well, and the use of enrichment prior to PMA real- time PCR analysis remains as the more appropriate approach.

Exogenous abscisic acid inhibits the water-loss of postharvest romaine lettuce during storage by inducing stomatal closure
TL;DR: The application of exogenous ABA, which originated from a naturally-produced phytohormone, has a great potential in retaining the freshness of postharvest lettuce that is stored in an ambient condition, although possible practical application still need to be further evaluated.
