TL;DR: In this article, the authors conducted a meta-analysis to compare the outcomes difference between subpectoral breast reconstruction (SPBR) and PPBR, and found that SPBR has a higher incidence rate in capsular contracture, animation deformity, infection, hematoma and delayed healing wound than PPBR.
