Cloning and expression patterns of the brine shrimp (Artemia sinica) glycogen phosphorylase (GPase) gene during development and in response to temperature stress.
Na Zhao,Ming Hou,Ting Wang,Yifei Chen,Ying Lv,Zengrong Li,Rui Zhang,Wenting Xin,Xiangyang Zou,Lin Hou +9 more
TL;DR: The GPase gene expression is stress-related and might play an important role in Artemia development and metabolism and in situ hybridization assays showed wide distribution of the GP enzyme gene during different developmental stages.

Cloning and expression of the sorbitol dehydrogenase gene during embryonic development and temperature stress in Artemia sinica.
Ting Wang,Ming Hou,Na Zhao,Yifei Chen,Ying Lv,Zengrong Li,Rui Zhang,Wenting Xin,Xiangyang Zou,Lin Hou +9 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that As-sdh is integral to the process of diapause and diappause termination in A. sinica.

Expression patterns of As-ClC gene of Artemia sinica in early development and under salinity stress
TL;DR: The complete cDNA sequence of As-CIC was cloned from A. sinica for the first time using RACE technology and indicated that As-ClC functions as salinity-stress-related gene, probably participated in cell volume regulation and osmotic regulation during the early embryonic development of A. Sinica.
