Surface Work Function of Transparent Conductive ZnO Films
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of Al doped on work function of ZnO thin film with C-axis preferred orientation was analyzed both theoretically and experimentally, and it was found that the theoretical value of work function for (002) plane Zn o and Zn O:Al were 5.076ev and 4.978ev respectively.

Realization of the intrinsic p-type ZnO thin film by SSCVD
TL;DR: The p-type ZnO thin films were first fabricated on silicon(100) substrate by a single source chemical vapor deposition technique, and characterized by the Hall measurements.

Influence of ZnO buffer layer on the electrical, optical and surface properties of Ga-doped ZnO films
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of the buffer layer thickness on the structural, electrical, optical and surface properties of Ga-doped ZnO (GZO) films deposited on glass substrates by RF magnetron sputtering was investigated.

Characteristics of ZnMgO Thin Films Prepared by the Sol-Gel Method
TL;DR: In this paper, Mg-doped (≤15at%) ZnO thin films were prepared on quartz glass substrates by sol-gel method using a spinning-techniques.
