Protective Role of Fecal Microbiota Transplantation on Colitis and Colitis-Associated Colon Cancer in Mice Is Associated With Treg Cells
Zitao Wang,Wenjie Hua,Chen Li,Hao Chang,Ran Liu,Yangyue Ni,Hongzhi Sun,Yangyang Li,Xinyue Wang,Min Hou,Yu Liu,Zhipeng Xu,Minjun Ji +12 more
TL;DR: A previously unrecognized role for FMT is revealed in the treatment of CAC through restoring the intestinal microbiota and inducing regulatory T cells and an anti-inflammatory function of FMT was demonstrated by decreasing pro-inflammatory factors but increasing anti- inflammatory factors through inhibiting canonical NF-κB activity and cellular proliferation in colons of Cac mice.

Application of DNA-based diagnostics in detection of schistosomal DNA in early infection and after drug treatment
TL;DR: The data presented here indicate that LAMP is suitable for the detection of early infection in the groups primarily infected with Schistosoma japonicum, such as migrants, travellers, military personnel and the younger age groups, but is less suitable for evaluation of the efficacy of chemotherapy in the early stages.
Rescue of maternal immune activation-induced behavioral abnormalities in adult mouse offspring by pathogen-activated maternal Treg cells.
Zhipeng Xu,Xiaoyun Zhang,Xiaoyun Zhang,Hao Chang,Yue Kong,Yangyue Ni,Ran Liu,Xiaolin Zhang,Yang Hu,Zhi Yang,Min Hou,Rui Mao,Wen-Tao Liu,Yasong Du,Shunying Yu,Zhen Wang,Minjun Ji,Zikai Zhou +17 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used the soluble tachyzoite antigen from Toxoplasma gondii, a parasite that infects approximately two billion people, to induce MIA in mice.

RRM2 is a potential prognostic biomarker with functional significance in glioma.
Hongzhi Sun,Bingya Yang,Hao Zhang,Jingwei Song,Yenan Zhang,Jicheng Xing,Zhi-hui Yang,Changyong Wei,Tuo-ye Xu,Zhen-nan Yu,Zhipeng Xu,Min Hou,Minjun Ji,Yan-song Zhang +13 more
TL;DR: It is indicated that RRM2 is a positive regulator of glioma progression which contributes to the migration and proliferation ofglioma cells through ERK1/2 and AKT signalings and might be a novel prognostic indicator for gliomas patients.

Fucoidan from seaweed Fucus vesiculosus inhibits 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-induced atopic dermatitis.
Tian Tian,Hao Chang,Kun He,Yangyue Ni,Chen Li,Min Hou,Lin Chen,Zhipeng Xu,Bin Chen,Minjun Ji +9 more
TL;DR: Results suggest that fucoidan, a natural seaweed-rich polysaccharide, has a potential therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of AD, and correlates with the induction of higher anti-inflammatory response through inducing Treg cells.
