Association with inflammatory cells and apolipoproteins to the progression of atherosclerosis
TL;DR: The expression and the senescence of macrophage and T-cells may be closelyrelated to induction and deposition of APO C1 and APO E, which contributes to the development and progression of atherosclerotic plaque by expanding the necrotic core.

FGF-17 from Hypoxic Human Wharton's Jelly-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Is Responsible for Maintenance of Cell Proliferation at Late Passages.
TL;DR: In hypoxic culture conditions, FGF-17 from hypoxic hWJ-MSCs contributes to the maintenance of high proliferation at late passages through the ERK1/2 pathway.

Phosphatase Ssu72 Is Essential for Homeostatic Balance Between CD4+ T Cell Lineages
Min-Hee Kim,Chang Won Lee +1 more
TL;DR: In this article , the immunoregulatory mechanism of Ssu72 phosphatase in CD4+ T cell differentiation, activation, and phenotypic function is discussed. But, the mechanism by which Ssu-72 in T cells integrates the pathophysiology of multiple immune-mediated diseases is still poorly elucidated.

Long-term Angiogenesis Efficacy Using a Heparin-Conjugated Fibrin (HCF) Delivery System with HBM-MSCs.
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that a single injection of HBM-MSCs did not have significant long-term angiogenic effects; however, a bFGF delivery system using HCF exerted prolonged ang iogenic effects when combined with HBM -MSCs.

Dong Ik Kim,Kim Ae Kyeong,Donglim Kang,Go Ha Nl,Min-Hee Kim,Han Kyu Hyun +5 more
- 17 May 2018
TL;DR: In this article, a medium composition for enhancing stemness, containing 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2DG) under a hypoxic condition, and a use thereof, is presented.
