Boutros,Paul C. Boutros +79 more
TL;DR: It is suggested that intensified treatment of genomically aggressive localized prostate cancer may improve cure rates and numerous molecular aberrations were prognostic for disease recurrence, including several DNA methylation events, and a signature comprised of these aberration outperformed well-described prognostic biomarkers.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors apply imaging mass cytometry to characterize the tumour and immunological landscape of samples from 416 patients with lung adenocarcinoma across five histological patterns.

Venous thrombotic events in patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors for non-small cell lung cancer: A retrospective multicentric cohort study
Xavier Deschênes-Simard,Corentin Richard,Loïck Galland,Florence Blais,Antoine Desilets,Julie Malo,Lena Cvetkovic,Wiam Belkaid,Arielle Elkrief,Andréanne Gagné,Marc-André Hamel,Michèle Orain,Philippe Joubert,François Ghiringhelli,Bertrand Routy,Normand Blais +15 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors defined the incidence and clinical relevance of venous thrombotic events (VTEs) in non-small cell lung cancer patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) and determined the association of these events with survival and response to treatment.

Comprehensive Assessment of PD-L1 Staining Heterogeneity in Pulmonary Adenocarcinomas Using Tissue Microarrays: Impact of the Architecture Pattern and the Number of Cores.
Andréanne Gagné,William Enlow,Marc-Antoine Pigeon,Michèle Orain,Stéphane Turcotte,Yohan Bossé,Philippe Joubert +6 more
TL;DR: A significant proportion of patients presented a heterogenous staining for PD-L1, which raises the consideration of rebiopsy, in particular when lepidic, acinar, or papillary patterns are observed on a biopsy.
