STAT3, tumor microenvironment, and microvessel density in diffuse large B cell lymphomas
Roberto Tamma,Giuseppe Ingravallo,Francesco Gaudio,Tiziana Annese,Francesco Albano,Simona Ruggieri,Michele Dicataldo,Eugenio Maiorano,Giorgina Specchia,Domenico Ribatti +9 more
TL;DR: Data indicate that in ABC—as compared to GCB-DLBCL, a higher STAT3 expression is associated with a higher CD163+ TAM and CD8+ cell infiltration which induces a strong angiogenic response.

Peripheral blood cellular profile at pre-lymphodepletion is associated with CD19-targeted CAR-T cell-associated neurotoxicity
Serena De Matteis,Michele Dicataldo,Beatrice Casadei,Gianluca Storci,Noemi Laprovitera,Mario Arpinati,Enrico Maffini,Pietro Cortelli,Maria Guarino,F. Vaglio,M. Naddeo,Barbara Sinigaglia,Luca Zazzeroni,Serafina Guadagnuolo,Enrica Tomassini,Salvatore Nicola Bertuccio,Daria Messelodi,Manuela Ferracin,Massimiliano Bonafè,Pier Luigi Zinzani,Francesca Bonifazi +20 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors found that pre-CAR-T systemic inflammation is associated with ICANS, suggesting that ICANS may be the final event of a process that begins before CAR-T infusion, consequence to patient clinical history.

The prevention of disease relapse after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation in acute myeloid leukemia
Enrico Maffini,Margherita Ursi,F. Barbato,Michele Dicataldo,M. Roberto,E. Campanini,Elisa Dan,Francesco De Felice,Serena De Matteis,Gianluca Storci,Massimiliano Bonafè,Mario Arpinati,Francesca Bonifazi +12 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used Hypomethylating agents alone or in combination with novel drugs demonstrated their efficacy in pre-clinical models and controlled trials and incorporated them in post-transplant maintenance strategies.
Prognostic Role of CDKN2A Deletion and p53 Expression and Association With MIPIb in Mantle Cell Lymphoma.
Francesco Gaudio,Michele Dicataldo,G. Cazzato,Antonio d’Amati,Tommasina Perrone,Pierluigi Masciopinto,Filomena Emanuela Laddaga,Pellegrino Musto,Eugenio Maiorano,Giuseppe Ingravallo +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the prognostic role of MIPIb and the association with biological markers including SOX11, p53 expression, Ki-67, and CDKN2A was investigated.

Case report: Senescence as mechanism of resistance to Pembrolizumab in a Lymphoma patient who failed CD19-Targeted CAR-T cell therapy
Serena De Matteis,Beatrice Casadei,Ginevra Lolli,Michele Dicataldo,F. Barbato,Elisa Dan,Andrea Paccagnella,Barbara Sinigaglia,Clara Bertuzzi,Annalisa Arcari,Luca Zazzeroni,Patrizia Bernuzzi,Noemi Laprovitera,Gianluca Storci,Salvatore Nicola Bertuccio,Manuela Ferracin,Massimiliano Bonafè,Pier Luigi Zinzani,Francesca Bonifazi +18 more
TL;DR: PBZ is not able to reinvigorate exhausted CAR+ T cells and to confer durable clinical response, and it is hypothesized that the phenomenon is due to the senescent phenotype of CAR-T T cells, which did not allow PBZ-induced reactivation and proliferative rescue.
