Expression of circulating miRNAs associated with lymphocyte differentiation and activation in CLL-another piece in the puzzle.
Agata Filip,Anna Grenda,Sylwia Popek,Dorota Koczkodaj,Małgorzata Michalak-Wojnowska,Michał Budzyński,Ewa Wąsik-Szczepanek,Szymon Zmorzyński,Agnieszka Karczmarczyk,Krzysztof Giannopoulos +9 more
TL;DR: Correlation of expression of miRNAs related to T lymphocytes with prognostic factors proves their supportive function in a leukemic microenvironment, and further studies utilizing a larger test group of patients may warrant the identification of circulating miRN as key players in intercellular interactions and should be considered in the design of microenvironment-targeted therapies.
Chemical Composition and Antimicrobial Activity of New Honey Varietals
Magdalena Kunat-Budzyńska,Anna Rysiak,Adrian Wiater,Marcin Grąz,Mariola Andrejko,Michał Budzyński,Maciej S. Bryś,Marcin Sudziński,Michał Tomczyk,Marek Gancarz,Robert Rusinek,Aneta A. Ptaszyńska +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors examined for the first time antimicrobial properties of novel varietal honeys, i.e., plum, rapeseed, Lime, Phacelia, honeydew, sunflower, willow, and multifloral-P (Prunus spinosa L.), multifloal-AP (Acer negundo L., Prunus spinos L.), multifloral -Sa (Salix sp.), multif-loralBr (Brassica napus L.), their antimicrobial activity was tested against bacteria (such as Escherichia coli, Bacillus circulans, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa), yeasts ( such as Aspergillus niger).
Biogenesis of microRNAs and their role in the development and course of selected hematologic disorders
TL;DR: Recent reports indicate that various hematooncologic disorders may be well characterized by microRNAs circulating in plasma or serum, of great potential importance, considering the availability of material for analysis, simplicity of diagnostic procedures and shortening of time required to conduct them.

Magdalena Kunat-Budzyńska,Michał Budzyński,Michał Schulz,Aneta Strachecka,Marek Gancarz,Robert Rusinek,Aneta A. Ptaszyńska +6 more
TL;DR: An overview of various studies of natural and synthetic compounds used in the treatment and prevention of nosemosis cited in PubMed, GoogleScholar, and CrossRef can be found in this paper .
Cząsteczki mikroRNA jako istotny składnik mechanizmów regulacji ekspresji genów związanych z nowotworami
TL;DR: In this article, the problem of ekspresji poszczegolnych mikroRNA a powsta-waniem i rozwojem wybranych nowotworow.
