TL;DR: Findings do not support the hypothesis that risky decisions are due to impaired inhibitory control, and further studies are needed to identify the cognitive mechanisms involved in the tendency to make risky decisions.

Relationship between smoking, narcissism, and impulsiveness among young women
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors identify narcissistic and impulsive personality traits as precursors of smoking in a sample of tattooed individuals and demonstrate that young women who smoke have different personality characteristics as compared with women who do not smoke.

TL;DR: Analysis of variability of responses on the Lüscher Color Test showed that variability was not correlated with scores for personality on the MMPI scales, and men's scores are more variable than women's, but only until age 45.
