TL;DR: The crystal structure of the ternary complex between CD27 and the Fab fragments of these non‐competing antibodies reveals the binding modes of the antibodies suggesting that their mechanisms of action are distinctly different and provides a possible explanation of the in vivo data.

TL;DR: An analytic approach based on gene set variation analysis (GSVA) and network analysis is proposed to compare different mouse inflammatory bowel disease models and assess their pertinence to Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
