Role of marine Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in cavitation erosion behaviour of 316L stainless steel
Miao Yu,Haijun Zhang,Ye Tian,Rui Yang,Hua Li,Xiuyong Chen +5 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigated the effect of marine bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis) biofilms on the cavitation erosion resistance of 316L stainless steel (316L SS) in artificial seawater (ASW).

Water content effects on the strain-rate-dependent dynamic response of fine-grained and coarse-grained sandstones
TL;DR: In this paper , Zhao et al. showed that water content can weaken the dynamic compressive strength of sandstones and contribute to the rate dependence of strength and energy dissipation, and moreover the coarse grain samples represent a more obvious trend (ε˙ = 40−160s−1).

Stability Analysis of Box Tunnel Working Face under Non-Uniform Support Pressure
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used the Silo-wedge model to perform horizontal strip splitting of parts of the soil at risk for instability under unsupported conditions, and the ultimate equilibrium analysis, the strength discounting method was introduced, and a new expression for the safety factor was derived by combining the horizontal strip-splitting equilibrium equations, and solved numerically.
