Incidence and epidemiology of wood disease in Algerian citrus orchards
TL;DR: In this article , epidemiological and etiological studies were conducted for four consecutive years (2017-2020) on 25 orchards from five localities in Algeria, and the results of symptom diagnosis showed the presence of different categories of symptoms; these are the total and/or partial dieback.

Potato late blight (Phytophthora infestans) disease forecasting using an auto-encoded long short-term memory recurrent neural networks in North-Western Algeria
TL;DR: A supervised deep-learning classification process (long-short-term-memory/autoencoder) is set up that classify and predict early late blight outbreak 30 days ahead of its occurrence based on a set of determinant climatic factors and confirms that the unimodal BlightT_LSTM-AE model that accounts for temperature is the overall best model.
