TL;DR: This case-control study of 307 individuals with anorexia nervosa (AN) and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) found that 35.3% had hypophosphatemia, with no significant differences between groups, and that vitamin D levels moderated the relationship between phosphorus and weight in AN and ARFID patients.
