Polyaniline@SnO2 heterojunction loading on flexible PET thin film for detection of NH3 at room temperature
Shouli Bai,Yanli Tian,Meng Cui,Jianhua Sun,Jianhua Sun,Ye Tian,Ruixian Luo,Aifan Chen,Dianqing Li +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a hybrid of PANI and SnO 2 was used to construct a smart NH 3 sensor with high sensitivity, good selectivity and wide linear response to NH 3 at room temperature of 21°C.

Two-step electrodeposition to fabricate the p–n heterojunction of a Cu2O/BiVO4 photoanode for the enhancement of photoelectrochemical water splitting
TL;DR: The enhanced photoelectrochemical properties of the Cu2O/BiVO4photoelectrode are attributed to the efficient separation of the photoexcited electron-hole pairs caused by the inner electronic field (IEF) of the p-n heterojunction.

Rapid synthesis of rGO–MoO3 hybrids and mechanism of enhancing sensing performance to H2S
TL;DR: In this article, the sensing performance of pure MoO3 and reduced graphene oxide (rGO)-MoO3 nanorods to H2S was examined, the results indicate that the hybrid exhibits higher response and lower operating temperature compared with the pure MOO3, especially, the 2.5 wt% rGO-moO3 hybrid exhibits the highest sensitivity and the fastest response to H 2S, which makes them promising candidates in the field of gas sensors for detection of H 2 s gas.
