Ratiometric fluorescence detection of 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid with a dual-emitting lanthanide metal-organic framework (MOF)
TL;DR: In this paper, a dual-emitting lanthanide MOF (Eu/Tb(BTC)) was used for detecting 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid (DPA) in a rapid and sensitive way.

Development of a milli–second pulsed atmospheric pressure solution cathode glow discharge optical emission spectroscopy for detecting metal elements in aqueous solution
Peichao Zheng,Yang Yang,Jinmei Wang,Hafiz Imran Ahmad Qazi,Meini Wu,Yuxin He,Qiang Hu,N. Ding +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , a novel atmospheric pressure plasma source was developed to determine metal ions in an aqueous solution by means of optical emission spectroscopy, in contrast to the conventional solution cathode glow.

Elemental Analysis of Environmental Waters by Solution Cathode Glow Discharge—Atomic Emission Spectrometry (SCGD-AES) with a Multifunctional Injection System
Peichao Zheng,Qiang Hu,Han Zhang,Jinmei Wang,Yang Yang,Yuxin He,Meini Wu,Hongwu Tian,Daming Dong,Xuefeng Mao,Chunhong Lai +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , a multifunction sample injection system combined with solution cathode glow discharge (SCGD-AES) was developed based on several simple devices (sixway valve, peristaltic pump and medical injector).

Determination of Metals in Environmental Waters by Solution Cathode Glow Discharge -Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (SCGD-AES) with a Syringe Pump for Sample Introduction
Jinmei Wang,Yuxin He,Sahar Shata,Mary Jane Shultz,Hafiz Imran Ahmad Qazi,Meini Wu,Nantian Yan,Guoxing Fei,Peichao Zheng +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a syringe injection pump for sample introduction for solution cathode glow discharge (SCGD) atomic emission spectroscopy (AES) is reported. But the experimental conditions are optimized at 60 mA discharge current, 2.5 mm gap spacing, 2 0 mm distance from the glass capillary to cathode, 1.60 mL/min flow rate, and pH 1.0 based on the detection limits (DLs) obtained for Li, Cd, Cu, Ag, Mn, Pb, Cr, and Zn.

Sustainable Solution Anode Glow Discharge-Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (SAGD-AES) with Semiconductor Cathode Cooling for Elemental Analysis
Peichao Zheng,Jiali Liu,Jinmei Wang,Meini Wu,Hafiz Imran Ahmad Qazi,Yuxin He,Nantian Yan,Guoxing Fei,Hongwu Tian,Daming Dong +9 more
TL;DR: A sustainable SAGD-AES source with semiconductor cathode cooling was developed for elemental analysis, achieving detection limits of 0.030-25 μg L−1 for heavy metals in water samples, with minimal interference from coexisting ions.
