A panel of five serum miRNAs as a potential diagnostic tool for early-stage renal cell carcinoma.
Cheng Wang,Jicheng Hu,Meiling Lu,Hongwei Gu,Xiaojun Zhou,Xi Chen,Ke Zen,Chen-Yu Zhang,Tiehui Zhang,Jingping Ge,Junjun Wang,Chunni Zhang +11 more
TL;DR: This panel of 5 serum miRNAs may have the potential to be used clinically as an auxiliary diagnostic tool for the early detection of RCC.
Systematic characterization of seminal plasma piRNAs as molecular biomarkers for male infertility
Yeting Hong,Cheng Wang,Zheng Fu,Hongwei Liang,Suyang Zhang,Meiling Lu,Wu Sun,Chao Ye,Chen-Yu Zhang,Ke Zen,Liang Shi,Chunni Zhang,Xi Chen +12 more
TL;DR: A panel of piRNAs that can accurately distinguish fertile from infertile males is identified, which may provide pathophysiological clues about the development of infertility.
Feasibility and basic acoustic characteristics of intelligent long-term bowel sound analysis in term neonates
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used a convolutional neural network-based acoustic recorder that offers real-time, wireless, continuous auscultation was employed to track the bowel sounds of these infants.
Spectral weight reduction of two-dimensional electron gases at oxide surfaces across the ferroelectric transition.
Panupong Jaiban,Meiling Lu,T. Eknapakul,S. Chaiyachad,Shu-Hua Yao,Nuttapon Pisitpipathsin,M. Unruan,S. Siriroj,R. H. He,Sung-Kwan Mo,Anucha Watcharapasorn,Rattikorn Yimnirun,Y. Tokura,Zhi-Xun Shen,Harold Y. Hwang,Harold Y. Hwang,Santi Maensiri,Worawat Meevasana +17 more
TL;DR: It is proposed that the reduction of 2DEGs and the changes of the conductivity nature of some ferroelectric oxides including insulating Nb-lightly-substituted could be due to the increase of space-charge screening potential at the2DEG/ferroelectric regions which is a result of the realignment of ferro electric polarisation upon light irradiation.
Differentially expressed microRNAs in kidney biopsies from various subtypes of nephrotic children.
TL;DR: These five miRNAs may be involved in the pathogenesis of nephropathy in children and explored their role in pathogenesis and as potential indicators to differentiate subtypes of kidney diseases.
