TL;DR: The moderate reduction of cerebral blood flow in bilateral thalami was identified using brain SPECT and the differences in signal intensity are thought to be related to the stage of the disease, differences in calcium metabolism, and the volume of the calcium deposit.

TL;DR: Urine NTx /Cr can be measured noninvasively and reflects the state of bone metastasis and may provide an auxiliary diagnostic index for bone scintigraphy, however, the sensitivity of urine NTx/Cr is not as high as that of bone scintsigraphy.
