High-temperature, high-pressure viscosity of n-octane and isooctane
Hseen O. Baled,Hseen O. Baled,Peter Koronaios,Dazun Xing,Randy Miles,Deepak Tapriyal,Isaac K. Gamwo,Matthew S. Newkirk,Rajendar R. Mallepally,Mark A. McHugh,Mark A. McHugh,Robert M. Enick,Robert M. Enick +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, a comparison of reported viscosity values with available literature data for n -octane and isooctane covering limited pressure and temperature ranges shows that the average absolute percent deviation (AAPD) varies between 1.0% and 2.5%.

Fluid properties at high pressures and temperatures: Experimental and modelling challenges
Rajendar R. Mallepally,Babatunde A. Bamgbade,Aaron J. Rowane,Houman B. Rokni,Matthew S. Newkirk,Mark A. McHugh +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, three example areas, primarily in the energy sector, are highlighted to provide context for the experimental and modelling challenges associated with obtaining fluid property data at high pressures and temperatures (HPHT).
Architectural Effects on the Solution Behavior of Linear and Star Polymers in Propane at High Pressures
TL;DR: In this article, a star polymer with a divinylbenzene core and statistically random methacrylate copolymer arms is synthesized with reversible addition-fragmentation-transfer method and fractionated with supercritical carbon dioxide and propane to obtain fractions with low molecular weight polydispersity.
