TL;DR: Using the dataset, prime candidates contributing to the hDPPIV inhibitory effect of soy protein hydrolyzates were successfully identified and the following novel dipeptides were discovered: Thr-His, Asn-Asn, Val-Leu, Met- Leu, and Met-Met.
