Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) are pivotal players in economies worldwide, especially in developing and emerging economies, where they contribute significantly to job creation, poverty alleviation, and innovation. Despite their limited capital and financial resources, SMMEs play a vital role in new product development and technological innovation, driving industrial renewal and economic growth. This study employs a qualitative content analysis approach to examine the challenges and opportunities confronting SMMEs. Data for this analysis were drawn from various scholarly sources, including journals, books, and reputable academic publications. The findings of this theoretical literature review underscore that while SMMEs aim to foster economic growth and formalize their presence, regulatory and legislative frameworks often present stringent compliance requirements, posing significant challenges. This research highlights the potential of national and provincial public sector institutions to facilitate SMME growth and development, ensuring their stability and prominence within the economy.

Challenges Experienced by SMMEs and Interventions by the South African National and Provincial Government: A Literature Review

Stock data are characterized by high dimensionality and sparsity, making stock trend prediction highly challenging. Although the LightGBM(Light Gradient Boosting Machine), based on web semantics, excels at capturing global features and efficiently performs in stock trend prediction, it does not consider the issue of declining prediction performance caused by the changing distribution of stock data over time (concept drift phenomenon). Accordingly, this work introduces the CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) into the prediction model to leverage its ability to effectively capture local features. Additionally, local features are combined with global features to obtain a comprehensive set of feature information. Lastly, the model processes new data in real-time, continuously learns new knowledge, updates model parameters, and effectively addresses the decline in model performance caused by concept drift. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model outperforms other models indicating its ability to efficiently perform well in stock trend prediction.

Basically, sharia-based products have special characteristics such as, not using interest in any form because it can cause usury, using money as a medium of exchange not as a traded commodity, and doing business to get rewards for the services performed. Although the pillars and conditions of the rahn contract have been carried out in accordance with sharia, there are still some things that must be clarified to get the correct practice in sharia theory. This study aims to find out how to apply rahn contracts to sharia pawnshops.

This study examines the effect of cash turnover, receivable turnover, and inventory turnover on the economic rentability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. This study uses secondary data, and the samples are 8 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the panel data regression analysis method. The results indicate that cash turnover negative and no significantly affects economic rentability, receivable turnover negative and significantly affect economic rentability, and inventory turnover positively and significantly affecnteconomic rentabilityof pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2021.

The influence of cash turnover, receivables turnover and inventory turnover on the economic profitability of registered pharmaceutical companies on the indonesian stock exchange period 2017-2021

This study examines the effect of managerial ownership, free cash flow and debt on dividends in transportation and infrastructure companies in Indonesia. Sampling method use purposive and gotten 27 companies from 2015-2020. The data analysis method uses the Panel Data Regression analysis. The results of this study find that managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect, FCF has a negative and significant effect, while leverage proxy by DER has no significant effect on dividends. The results of this study indicate the occurrence of type I agency conflict in transportation and infrastructure companies in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine fundamental investment decisions with the Price Earning Ratio (PER) approach in technology subsector stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of each technology subsector company, where the sample used in this study is as many as 11 technology subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The data analysis method used in this study is fundamental analysis using  the Price Earning Ratio (PER) approach with the help of Microsoft Excel 2021 software. The results showed that all technology subsector companies used in this study were correctly valued because the intrinsic value of the stock was equal to the stock market price or experienced price stability so that investors could hold the stock.
