Yttrium-90 Radioembolization of Unresectable Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma: Long-Term Follow-up for a 136-Patient Cohort
Aakash N. Gupta,Andrew C. Gordon,Ahmed Gabr,Aparna Kalyan,Sheetal Mehta Kircher,Devalingam Mahalingam,Mary F. Mulcahy,Ryan P. Merkow,Anthony D. Yang,David J. Bentrem,Juan C. Caicedo-Ramirez,Ahsun Riaz,Bartley Thornburg,Kush R. Desai,Kent T. Sato,Elias Hohlastos,Laura Kulik,Al B. Benson,Riad Salem,Robert J. Lewandowski +19 more
TL;DR: Downstaging to resection with > 3 years survival supports the therapeutic role of Y90 for unresectable ICC, and Y90 has an acceptable safety profile and high local disease control rates for the treatment of unresectables ICC.

A Multi-institutional Phase 2 Study of Imatinib Mesylate and Gemcitabine for First-Line Treatment of Advanced Pancreatic Cancer.
Rebecca A. Moss,Dirk F. Moore,Mary F. Mulcahy,Kenneth Nahum,Biren Saraiya,Simantini Eddy,Martin Kleber,Elizabeth Poplin +7 more
- 01 May 2012
TL;DR: IM in combination with G EM is tolerated in locally advanced, metastatic, or recurrent pancreatic cancer, but does not show a statistically significant PFS or OS benefit over chemotherapy with GEM alone.

Intraprocedural Transcatheter Intra-arterial Perfusion MRI as a Predictor of Tumor Response to Chemoembolization for Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Dingxin Wang,Dingxin Wang,Ron C. Gaba,Brian Jin,Ahsun Riaz,Robert J. Lewandowski,Robert K. Ryu,Kent T. Sato,Ann B. Ragin,Laura Kulik,Mary F. Mulcahy,Riad Salem,Andrew C. Larson,Reed A. Omary +13 more
TL;DR: TRIP-MRI can successfully measure semiquantitative changes in HCC perfusion during chemoembolization and is associated with future tumor response, as indicated by univariate and multivariate analysis.

Change in the growth rate of localized pancreatic adenocarcinoma in response to gemcitabine, bevacizumab, and radiation therapy on MDCT.
Pedram Rezai,Vahid Yaghmai,Sandra M. Tochetto,Mauricio S. Galizia,Frank H. Miller,Mary F. Mulcahy,William Small +6 more
TL;DR: Reciprocal of doubling time might serve as a valuable biomarker for evaluation of treatment response when depiction of small changes in tumor size is concerned.

Therapy of locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma: unresectable and borderline patients
Sheetal Mehta Kircher,Seth B. Krantz,Halla Sayed Nimeiri,Mary F. Mulcahy,Hidayatullah G. Munshi,Al B. Benson +5 more
TL;DR: The potential role of neoadjuvant therapy in borderline, potentially resectable pancreatic cancer is discussed and areas of interest in potential targets as the biology of pancreatic adenocarcinoma is further explored are discussed.
