Manipulating Picosecond Photoresponse in van der Waals Heterostructure Photodetectors
Zhouxiaosong Zeng,Cuihuan Ge,Kai Braun,Martin Eberle,Yufan Wang,Biyuan Zheng,Chenguang Zhu,Xingxia Sun,Lanyu Huang,Ziyu Luo,Ying Chen,Huigao Duan,Shuangyin Wang,Dong Mei Li,Fei Gao,Anlian Pan,Xiao Wang +16 more
TL;DR: In this paper , van der Waals heterostructure photodetectors are constructed based on MoS2/WSe2 p-n and n-n junctions and manipulate the picosecond photoresponse by combining photovoltaic (PV) and photothermoelectric (PTE) effects.

Nanometer Sized Direct Laser‐Induced Gold Printing for Precise 2D‐Electronic Device Fabrication
O. Geladari,Martin Eberle,Andre Maier,Florian Fetzer,Thomas Chassé,Alfred J. Meixner,Marcus Scheele,Kai Braun +7 more
TL;DR: In this article , a direct laser induced writing (DIW) of metals has shown potential as a fast and highly variable method in adaptable electronics, which can fabricate photo switches and field effect transistors on various rigid and elastic materials.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors demonstrated that the photoresponse time of a 2D transition metal dichalcogenides van der Waals heterojunction can be reduced to 10 ps by adding an additional charge carrier transport channel provided by graphene, which can effectively decrease the photocurrent recombination loss.
