Determinantes of foreign loans in Estonian private sector

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors analyzed the private sector indebtedness of Estonia in 2000-2007 and proved that those determinants alone cannot be enough to explain the credit growth, and they also showed that credit growth in Estonia could be explained by permanent income hypothesis.
