ATP releases ATP or other nucleotides from human peripheral blood leukocytes through purinergic P2 receptors.
Marlon De Ita,Mario H. Vargas,Verónica Carbajal,Blanca Ortiz-Quintero,Cintya López-López,Marcela Miranda-Morales,Carlos Barajas-López,Luis M. Montaño +7 more
TL;DR: 500μM ATP induced the release of ATP or other nucleotides through activation of P2Y2,4,6,11 receptors in human leukocytes, and probably via P2X receptors at higher concentrations, which constitutes a potential mechanism leading to amplification of ATP signaling.

Androgen receptor is expressed in mouse cardiomyocytes at prenatal and early postnatal developmental stages
TL;DR: Evidence that androgen receptor is expressed from prenatal stages in mouse heart is provided, supporting the proposition that androgens could be involved in mammalian heart development.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigated the frequency of these fusion genes in children with de novo acute myeloid leukemia (AML) from Mexico City, which has one of the highest incidence rates of acute leukemia in the world.
Paneth and Paneth-like cells undergoing necroptosis fuel intestinal epithelial cell proliferation following IFN-γ stimulation
María Del Rocío Encarnación-García,M. A. Hernandez-Cueto,Laura A. Velázquez-Villegas,Aurora Candelario-Martínez,Perla H. Horta-López,Armando Montoya-García,G. A. Jaimes-Ortega,Luis Uriel Lopez-Bailon,Zayda L Piedra-Quintero,Gabriela Carrasco-Torres,Marlon De Ita,José Esteban Muñoz-Medina,Magdalena Sanchez-Uribe,Marco Antonio Meraz-Ríos,Saúl Villa-Treviño,Francisco García-Sierra,Bulmaro Cisneros,Michael Schnoor,Vianney Ortiz-Navarrete,Nicolás Villegas-Sepúlveda,Ricardo Valle-Rios,Oscar Medina-Contreras,Lilia G. Noriega,Porfirio Nava +23 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors show that IFN-γ stimulates Paneth and Paneth-like cells degranulation that triggers the proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells (IEC) in a Wnt/β-catenin independent manner.
