Brain iron MRI: A biomarker for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
TL;DR: To evaluate the usefulness of MRI detection of hypointensity areas (iron deposits) in the brain using a dedicated MRI technique in patients with ALS in establishing this sign as a potential surrogate biomarker that correlates with the severity of disease.

Diffusion-weighted MRI versus transient elastography in quantification of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic cholestatic liver diseases
Jelena Djokić Kovač,Marko Dakovic,Dejana Stanisavljevic,Tamara Alempijevic,Rada Jesic,Petar M. Seferovic,Ružica Maksimović +6 more
TL;DR: DWMRI and TE could be used for assessment of liver fibrosis with TE having higher diagnostic accuracy and DWMRI providing insight into liver fibritis distribution.

Migraine with Aura: Surface-Based Analysis of the Cerebral Cortex with Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
TL;DR: MVA+ have different morphometric features in the left frontal and temporal lobe relative to MVA, which could be a source of distinct symptoms and serve as potential biomarkers of different MA subtypes.
Migraine with aura detection and subtype classification using machine learning algorithms and morphometric magnetic resonance imaging data
TL;DR: In this article , a machine learning technique was used to distinguish healthy people from those suffering from MwA, as well as people with simple MwAs and those experiencing complex Mwas.
Myopathy, muscle atrophy and tongue lipid composition in MuSK myasthenia gravis
Ana Nikolic,Goran Bačić,Marko Dakovic,Slobodan Lavrnic,Vidosava Rakocevic Stojanovic,Ivana Basta,Dragana Lavrnic +6 more
TL;DR: Myopathy, muscle atrophy and intramyocellular lipid deposition in the tongue are more frequent in MuSK-positive compared to AChR-positive MG patients, and myopathic EMG in facial muscles was more frequent after long-term corticosteroid treatment, which was not the case with Mu SK- positive MG patients.
