Investigations into the preparation of groups 13–15 N-heterocyclic carbene analogues
Robert J. Baker,Cameron Jones,Cameron Jones,David P. Mills,David P. Mills,Glesni A. Pierce,Mark Waugh +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a variety of groups 13-15 N-heterocyclic carbenoid systems have been constructed and fully characterized, including anionic gallium(I) and germanium(IV) complexes.

Palladium Complexes of the Heterodiphosphine o-C6H4(CH2PtBu2)(CH2PPh2) Are Highly Selective and Robust Catalysts for the Hydromethoxycarbonylation of Ethene
Tamara Fanjul,Graham R. Eastham,Natalie Fey,Alexander J Hamilton,A. Guy Orpen,Paul G. Pringle,Mark Waugh +6 more
TL;DR: The results obtained using L1−3 as supporting ligands show that the catalysts derived from L3 and L1 have similar activity and selectivity for methyl propanoate (MeP) as discussed by the authors.
52
9-Triptycenyl complexes of group 13 and 15 halides and hydrides
TL;DR: In this article, the reactions of 9-lithiotriptycene with AlCl3, GaCl3 and InBr3 have been carried out and have yielded the complexes, [(tript)AlCl2(OEt2)], [(Tript)GaCl2 (THF)] and [(trip)InBr(μ-Br)2Li(OE t2)2], tript=9-triptycinyl.

Efficient and chemoselective ethene hydromethoxycarbonylation catalysts based on Pd-complexes of heterodiphosphines o-C6H4(CH2PtBu2)(CH2PR2)
Tamara Fanjul,Graham R. Eastham,Mairi F. Haddow,Alexander J Hamilton,Paul G. Pringle,A. Guy Orpen,Thomas Philip William Turner,Mark Waugh +7 more
TL;DR: The synthesis and properties of a series of unsymmetrical diphosphines o-C6H4(CH2PtBu2)(CH2PR2) are reported in this article.

Competitive Nucleophilic Attack at CO and Cβ of the Allenyl Group in [Fe2(CO)6(μ-PPh2)(μ-η1:η2-(H)CαCβCγH2)]. X-ray Crystal Structures of [Fe2(CO)5(μ-PPh2)(μ-η1(O):η1(C):η2(C)- {OC(NtBuH)CH2}CCH2)]·0.5C6H14 and [Fe2(CO)6(μ-PPh2)(μ-η1:η1-CH2C(NCyH)CH2]·MeCN
TL;DR: The phosphido-bridged diiron allenyl complex [Fe2(CO)6(μ-PPh2)(μ-η1:η2α,β-(H)CαCβCγH2] reacts with primary amines to afford the amido-functionalized alkenyl complexes as mentioned in this paper.
