A comparison of marine communities along a subsea pipeline with those in surrounding seabed areas
Dianne L. McLean,Dianne L. McLean,Katherine Cure,M.A. Abdul Wahab,Ronen Galaiduk,Matthew J. Birt,Brigit Vaughan,Jamie Colquhoun,Mark Case,Ben Radford,Ben Radford,Marcus Stowar,S. Harries,Andrew Heyward,Karen Miller +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors investigated fish and benthic communities along a ca.345 km section of offshore pipeline in remote northern Australia to compare pipeline communities with those in surrounding areas and provide context for decommissioning risk assessments.

A quantitative comparison of towed-camera and diver-camera transects for monitoring coral reefs
Anna K. Cresswell,Anna K. Cresswell,Nicole M. Ryan,Andrew Heyward,Adam N. H. Smith,Jamie Colquhoun,Mark Case,Matthew J. Birt,Mark Chinkin,Mathew Wyatt,Ben Radford,Ben Radford,Paul Costello,James P. Gilmour,James P. Gilmour +14 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors quantitatively compare a tow-camera approach to repeated surveys of shallow water coral reef benthic assemblages on fixed transects, relative to benchmark data from diver photo-transect.

TL;DR: A follow-up survey was conducted by PTTEPAA in 2011 (Coral Reefs S6B), and the results of the surveys are presented here as mentioned in this paper. But these surveys were broader in scope than the 2010 assessment, including comprehensive assessment of the fish communities associated withthe benthic sites, as well as a re-sampling of reef sediments to follow up on the status of hydrocarbon detections noted in the 2010 report.
