Presentation of intracranial arachnoid cysts in children: correlation betweenlocalization and clinical symptoms.
TL;DR: The finding that AC has a strong predilection to the temporal regions and was associated with epilepsy in 31% of the cases suggests the important role of the temporal lobe in the generation of epileptic activity; however, the association with the left cerebral hemisphere remains unclear.

Cannabidiol (CBD) significantly reduces drop seizure frequency in Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS): results of a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled trial (GWPCARE4) (S21.001)
Jacqueline A. French,Elizabeth A. Thiele,Maria Mazurkiewicz-Bełdzińska,Selim R. Benbadis,Eric Marsh,Charuta Joshi,Claire Roberts,Adam Taylor,Ken Sommerville +8 more
