TL;DR: Endoscopic techniques, in properly selected patients, were associated with a favorable oncologic outcome and a statistically significant reduction in both complication rate and hospitalization time and this study supports the role of endoscopic techniques in surgical treatment of ethmoid adenocarcinoma.
