Nesse trabalho ira se conhecer a importância da fisiologia do exercicio, seu conceito, aspectos historicos e sua importância na vida de individuos que praticam exercicios fisicos, os beneficios e alguns exercicios simples para se praticar e seus resultados. A fisiologia do exercicio consta de uma ciencia integrada que tem objetivo a identificacao dos mecanismos funcionais do organismo como um todo e sua regulacao. Proporciona o estudo de como as funcoes humanas sao reguladas e integradas durante o exercicio em meio ambiente diferenciado, em que podem dizer que cada pessoa apresente uma resposta diferente quanto ao efeito do meio climatico, ou seja, frio e tambem para cada esporte, cada atleta, que dependendo de sua posicao, tem que ser trabalhado de forma especifica do atleta de futebol, onde atua a fisiologia do esporte.

Introduction: The purpose of the study was to assess the effect of a twelve-week exercise protocol on middle-aged women's physiological parameters. Practical limitations such as time, budget, and availability of subjects, along with estimates based on previous studies or preliminary data, led researchers to determine that 40 subjects would be an appropriate sample size.Materials and Methods: Researchers recruited forty middle-aged women, aged 35 to 65 years, who were randomly assigned as subjects. The participants were divided into an experimental group and a control group. Reliable instruments were used to assess the physiological variables heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), blood pressure (BP), and cardiorespiratory endurance (CRE) before and after the exercise program. The 't' test was employed to determine the significant effect of the exercise program on these variables before and after the intervention. Results: After the twelve-week exercise program, the experimental group showed significant changes in their physiological parameters. The results indicated that the exercise regimen, which included walking followed by recreational activities, effectively improved HR, RR, BP, and CRE among middle-aged women.Conclusion: The study's findings corroborate that engaging in a structured exercise program, consisting of walking and recreational activities, is an appropriate and effective protocol for eliciting favorable changes in the physiological variables of middle-aged women. 

Unveiling the combined effect of brisk walking with recreational activities on the physiological parameters of middle-aged women

Background: Taking part in recreational activities, especially outdoors, can greatly improve physical health. People, who take part in park activities such as walking, hiking, or skiing, schedule fewer office visits, maintain lower body fat percentages, and have lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Although recreational games was proven to be a useful physical activity to stimulate some health benefits, we do not know if there are significant benefits of recreational games played on a smaller area with fewer players in the middle-age population. Because exercise is known to increase blood flow and oxygen to the skeletal muscles and the brain, it was inferred that exercise would also affect an individual’s reaction time. Aims: The present study aimed to investigate whether recreational games could improve health and reaction time of middle-aged tribal women after 16 weeks of training. To determine this, twenty subjects gave baseline blood pressure, heart rate, and simple reaction time measurements. Original Research Article Murmu and Saha; AJMAH, 18(9): 139-146, 2020; Article no.AJMAH.60857 140 Methodology: Twenty healthy middle-aged tribal women aged 50–55 were randomized in a group to involve in recreational games training (n = 20; age: 52.4 ± 2.48 years). The participants performed 3 training sessions of 40 min per week. Results: Results from a repeated measure ANOVA indicated a time interaction (pre training, mid training and post training) for Blood Pressure (Systolic), Blood Pressure (Diastolic), Resting Heart Rate and Reaction Time (Audio) in favor of the participants. The results concluded that Recreational games can be an effective training modality to stimulate a decrease in resting HR and reaction time with small improvements in systolic and diastolic Blood Pressure. Conclusion: To participate in Recreational games only three times per week shows helpful healthrelated adaptations and decreased reaction time, means there was significant improvement in health markers and reaction time abilities, which may be an affirmative impact to the reduction of the risk of developing lifestyle diseases and is beneficial to people in their daily live.
