Higher activation of the interferon-gamma signaling pathway in systemic lupus erythematosus patients with a high type I IFN score: relation to disease activity.
Manman Liu,Junli Liu,Shumeng Hao,Ping Wu,Xiaoyan Zhang,Yichuan Xiao,Gengru Jiang,Xinfang Huang +7 more
TL;DR: The relationship among IFN-γ, type I interferons (IFNs) and clinical features have not been extensively studied as mentioned in this paper, however, the relationship between IFNγ levels and type I IFN scores has been extensively investigated.

Probiotic Potential of a Folate-Producing Strain Latilactobacillus sakei LZ217 and Its Modulation Effects on Human Gut Microbiota
TL;DR: Folate production potential of newly isolated strains from raw milk was analyzed and 16S rDNA gene sequencing indicated that fermented samples containing LZ217 significantly increased the abundance of phylum Firmicutes and genus Lactobacillus, Faecalibacterium, Ruminococcus 2, Butyricicoccus compared to not containing.
Activation status of CD56dim natural killer cells is associated with disease activity of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus
Manman Liu,Manman Liu,Junli Liu,Xiaoyan Zhang,Yichuan Xiao,Gengru Jiang,Xinfang Huang,Xinfang Huang +7 more
TL;DR: In patients with SLE, the proportion of CD56 dim NK cells showed a decreased trend and CD56Dim NK cells were phenotypically activated which partially reflects the disease activity.

A Class IIb Bacteriocin Plantaricin NC8 Modulates Gut Microbiota of Different Enterotypes in vitro
Jiaqian Pu,Shu-juan Hang,Manman Liu,Ziqi Chen,Jiayi Xiong,Yongquan Li,Hong Wu,Xiaodan Zhao,Shuxun Liu,Qing Gu,Ping Li +10 more
TL;DR: This work evaluated the modification of the gut microbiota of two enterotypes (ET B and ET P) by the class IIb bacteriocin plantaricin NC8 (PLNC8) by using an in vitro fermentation model of the intestine and found that PLNC8 had no influence on the Gut microbiota’s production of short-chain fatty acids in the subjects’ samples.
Widely Targeted Lipidomics and Transcriptomics Analysis Revealed Changes of Lipid Metabolism in Spleen Dendritic Cells in Shrimp Allergy
Shanfeng Sun,Jiang Luo,Hang-hang Du,Guirong Liu,Manman Liu,Junjuan Wang,Shiwen Han,Huilian Che +7 more
TL;DR: A BALB/c mouse shrimp protein extract-induced allergy model was established to determine the lipid profile of spleen DCs in SA, and the molecular mechanism between lipid metabolism and immune inflammation was preliminarily studied, suggesting that Prkcg was positively correlated with triacylglycerol.
