Evolution of Machine Learning in Tuberculosis Diagnosis: A Review of Deep Learning-Based Medical Applications
Manisha Singh,G. H. Pujar,Sethu Arun Kumar,Meduri Bhagyalalitha,Handattu Shankaranarayana Akshatha,Belal Abuhaija,Anas Ratib Alsoud,Laith Abualigah,Narasimha M Beeraka,Amir H. Gandomi +9 more
TL;DR: Deep learning (DL), a major branch of AI, provides bigger room for diagnosing deadly TB disease and various deep learning methods integrated with other systems such as neuro-fuzzy logic, genetic algorithm, and artificial immune systems are discussed.
Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) receptor modulators: Structural features and recent development.
Bhagyalalitha Meduri,Gurubasavaraj V. Pujar,T. Durai Ananda Kumar,H.S. Akshatha,Arun Kumar Sethu,Manisha Singh,Abhinav Kanagarla,Bijo Mathew +7 more
TL;DR: A review of the physiological and pathological roles of Lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) signaling, development of various LPA modulators, their structural features, patents, and their clinical outcomes can be found in this paper.

Restoration of p53 functions by suppression of mortalin-p53 sequestration: an emerging target in cancer therapy.
Akshatha Handattu Shankaranarayana,Bhagyalalitha Meduri,G. H. Pujar,Raghu Chandrashekar Hariharapura,Arun Kumar Sethu,Manisha Singh,Durgesh Bidye +6 more
TL;DR: Clinical evidence suggests a drastic depletion of the overall survival time of cancer patients with high mortalin expression, so mortalin-p53 sequestration inhibitors could be game changers in improving overall survival rates.

Novel antitubercular agents: Design, synthesis, molecular dynamic and biological studies of pyrazole - 1,2,4-triazole conjugates.
Ajin K A,ArunKumar S,Manisha Singh,Akshatha Shankaranarayana Handattu,Bhagyalalitha Meduri,Karthik G Pujar,Sumana M N,Chandrashekar V M,Durgesh Bidye,G. H. Pujar +9 more
TL;DR: The design and synthesis of a series of pyrazole‐linked triazoles based on the reported structural features of promising drug candidates that target DprE1 receptors through a Structure‐based drug design (SBDD) approach are reported.

Dual red cell alloimmunization with anti-c and anti-E antibodies: A systematic approach to workup and transfusion management in different clinical scenarios in resource-limited settings
TL;DR: In this paper , column agglutination gel technology in low ionic strength solution phase was used for initial antibody identification and detailed immunohematological workup was done by the use of select cells (c+, E− and c−, E+) and adsorption elution studies using a commercially available acid elution kit.
