TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of Ayurvedic and conventional nutritional therapy in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) were compared after 3 months, and the results showed that the IBS-SSS reduction was significantly higher in the conventional therapy group (estimated marginal mean = 51.1; 95% CI = 3.8-98.5; p = 0.035) and clinically meaningful.

TL;DR: It could be demonstrated that the lack of expression of hormone receptors on tumor cells is associated with a more aggressive clinical course and decreased overall and disease-free survival and the negative outcome of IBC is confirmed.
