The rapid development of data mining techniques takes place in 1980. A large number of newly invented technologies came into the computer field such as satellites, high storage of data medium, etc. This improvement paved the way for a destination in one place for the huge collected data. There were many methods followed earlier for the analysis of data but they failed to prove efficiency in higher gathered data and also in noisy data compared to data mining. This paper clearly describes about the various biological data mining techniques and their inter relations for prediction with the basic concepts of clustering, classification and alignment techniques. This provides the characteristics of protein sequence analysis in motif finding.

Food Waste Protein Sequence Analysis using Clustering and Classification Techniques

Secret image sharing (SIS) scheme is a secret image encoding and decoding scheme that reconstructs the secret image only if the number of participants is sufficient. In contrast, inadequate participants gain no information about the secret image. Two-in-one secret image sharing (TiOSIS) scheme is a kind of SIS scheme with two decoding options, quick preview without computation and accurate recovery with computer. For higher decoding speed, Li et al. proposed an improved two-in-one secret image sharing scheme, utilizing Boolean operation for less computational complexity, where the visual quality of the previewed image is deteriorated. In this paper, we use q-bit gray visual cryptography to build a mathematical model for better visual quality of the previewed image based on Li et al.’s TiOSIS scheme. The black sub-pixels of shadows corresponding to a black secret pixel are replaced by a q-bit grayscale value rather than an 8-bit grayscale value where q is a positive integer smaller than 8. The theoretical analysis and experiments are exhibited to guarantee feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Two-in-One Secret Image Sharing Scheme with Higher Visual Quality of the Previewed Image

The Zoom program is widely used to manage meetings around the world, but it is easy to leak the associated Personal Meeting ID. The present study aims at improving the security for Zoom meetings during the transmission process. A new encryption algorithm is proposed to achieve this goal. The system includes three steps namely; separating images, scrambling one-half of the image, encrypting, and substituting the other scrambled half. Implementation of these three steps is achieved by using: cutting the image vertically, Arnold Cut Map, and tRNA respectively. The Bioinformatics technique (tRNA) used in encrypting (red and green) colors, and the Arnold cut map used in the scrambling and shifting process in the encryption method. The performance of the proposed system is measured by using a series of tests such as key sensitivity, histogram analysis, information entropy, correlation analysis, NCPR, similarity, and PSNR test. The results reveal a high sensitivity for initial values, resistant to statistical attack, and have the best performance in the NCPR test. It also passes the evaluation criteria for the both encryption method and S-Box. The complexity of the suggested system is represented by the attacker's need to know many chaos parameters, the logistic method (Arnold cut map), the utilized visual cryptographic techniques, and the methods used to generate the S-Box and keys. The consumed time is fewer than AES algorithm because AES takes huge time in the encryption process especially for big data. The proposed key needs to refresh only one time to make big changed and produces high security.

Visual Cryptography is an encryption technique which performs only encryption in cryptography, and it is used to encrypt every visual data. And this cryptography is different and unique in all cryptographic techniques, because of not performing decryption process mechanically, and that is done mechanically. In normal visual cryptography only black and white images are encrypted. In this paper we propose a different type of visual cryptography scheme for colour imagesin CMY format. And it protects the secret of the original image and no other techniques does not decrypt it except our decryption technique.
