Bis-cyclometallated gold(III) complexes as efficient catalysts for synthesis of propargylamines and alkylated indoles
TL;DR: Stable bis-cyclometallated gold(III) complexes were developed as efficient catalysts for organic transformation reactions by using two strategies: (1) construction of distorted square planar gold( III) complexes and (2) dual catalysis by gold(II) complex and silver salts.

Subcellular localization of a fluorescent artemisinin derivative to endoplasmic reticulum.
TL;DR: Comparison of the localization signals of the fluorescent artemisinin derivative with organelle specific dyes revealed that endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is the main site of its accumulation.

Novel Cyclic Ketones for Catalytic Oxidation Reactions
TL;DR: In this article, a series of cyclic ketones 4−10 were prepared from the corresponding diacids, and they were found to have much higher catalytic activities, which were attributed to steric effects, electronic effects, and ring strains.

Investigation on the regioselectivities of intramolecular oxidation of unactivated C-H bonds by dioxiranes generated in situ.
TL;DR: It is proposed that dioxiranes generated in situ from ketones 1-6 and Oxone underwent intramolecular oxidation of unactivated C-H bonds at delta sites of ketones to yield tetrahydropyrans through a concerted pathway under a spiro transition state.
