Mathematical biology is one of the interesting research area of applied mathematics that describes the accurate description of phenomena in biology and related health issues. The use of new mathematical tools and definitions in this area of research will have a great impact on improving community health by controlling some diseases. This is the best reason for doing new research using the latest tools available to us. In this work, we will make novel numerical approaches to the immunogenetic tumour model to using differential and integral operators with Mittag-Leffler law. To be more precise, the fractional Atangana- Baleanu derivative has been utilized in the structure of proposed model. This paper proceeds by examining and proving the convergence and uniqueness of the solution of these equations. The Adam Bashforth’s Moulton method will then be used to solve proposed fractional immunogenetic tumour model. Numerical simulations for the model are obtained to verify the applicability and computational efficiency of the considered process. Similar models in this field can also be explored similarly to what has been done in this article.

A study of behaviour for immune and tumor cells in immunogenetic tumour model with non-singular fractional derivative

This paper addresses the numerical solution of nonlinear time-fractional Fisher equations via local meshless method combined with explicit difference scheme. This procedure uses radial basis functions to compute space derivatives while Caputo derivative scheme utilizes for time-fractional integration to semi-discretize the model equations. To assess the accuracy, maximum error norm is used. In order to validate the proposed method, some non-rectangular domains are also considered.

A tumor is most dangerous disease of medical science which is a mass or lumps of tissue that’s formed by an accumulation of abnormal cells. A famous fractional tumor-immune model is interpreting the dynamics of tumor and effector cells. In this work, we provide a comparative and chaotic study of tumor and effector cells through fractional tumor-immune dynamical model. A new arbitrary operator based on the Mittag-Leffler law is assumed for this study. Again, we examine the interactions among distinct tumor cell inhabitants and immune structure through a model of real world problem of medical science. We First investigate the dynamical effect of the activation of the effector immune and tumor cells by using Adams-Bashforth-Moulton and Toufik-Atangana methods. Furthermore, this paper analyses the existence and uniqueness of given tumor-immune model of arbitrary order. Further, we have examined the dynamical behaviors of the fractional tumor-immunne model and obtained results are compared with exiting results by other methods. Numerical simulations are executed by Adams-Bashforth-Moulton and Toufik-Atangana methods using popular Atangana-Baleanu fractional derivative. Our obtained results will be useful for biologists to the treatment of cancer disease.

A chaos study of tumor and effector cells in fractional tumor-immune model for cancer treatment

Based on a new definition for derivative and integral of fractional-order, several fractional masks have been presented for the use of image denoising. In each method, the process involves constructing a square and then applying it to all the corresponding blocks in the noisy image. We have measured the denoising performance of our proposed masks by employing some known indexes. They are the peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), ENTROPY, and SSIM. The obtained experimental results show that our proposed masks are computationally efficient, and their performances are compatible with other standard and fractional smoothing filters.

A new application of fractional Atangana–Baleanu derivatives: Designing ABC-fractional masks in image processing

In this paper, the third order partial differential equation defined by Caputo fractional derivative with Atangana–Baleanu derivative has been investigated. The stability estimates are proved for the exact solution. Difference schemes for Crank–Nicholson finite difference scheme method is constructed. The stability of difference schemes for this problem is shown by Von Neumann method (Fourier analysis method). Numerical results with respect to the exact solution confirm the accuracy and effectiveness of the technique. The reproducing kernel function for the problem has been found.

On Solutions of Fractional order Telegraph Partial Differential Equation by Crank-Nicholson Finite Difference Method

A residual power series method for solving pseudo hyperbolic partial differential equations with nonlocal conditions

In this study, the explicit finite difference method is used to solve the fractional-order pseudo-hyperbolic telegraph partial differential equation by means of Caputo fractional derivative. A first-order finite difference approach is constructed for fractional order pseudo-hyperbolic telegraph partial differential equations. The difference scheme technique's stability estimate for the presented problem is given. The test problem is provided as an application. A comparison of the exact and approximate solutions is offered to determine the correctness and effectiveness of the suggested method. Finally, a graphical representation of the exact and approximate solutions in various cases is presented. The simulation of the obtained results are displayed in both the figures and the error analysis table. 

Solutions of fractional order pseudo-hyperbolic telegraph partial differential equations using finite difference method

In this study, fractional order pseudo-parabolic partial differential equation defined by Caputo derivative is investigated with initial-boundary conditions. Modified double Laplace decomposition method is used to find the exact solution of this equation. Explicit finite difference is constructed for this partial differential equation. Stability estimates are proved for these difference schemes. Error analysis table is obtained by compared the exact and approximate solutions. Figures showing the physical properties of the exact and approximate solutions are presented. From the error tables and figures, this applied method is an good and effective method for this equation.
